What should I wear for my Reiki treatment?

You will remain fully clothed, be comfortable, remove shoes and watch.

How often should I schedule Reiki Healing treatments?

Reiki energy healing depends on your specific needs and focus areas of your life and physically self.  Generally a client may choose to book one treatment and be happy and in most cases a client will book and then rebook 3-4 weeks later as a maintenance for their wellbeing and healthy mind set.  Treatments can be arranged to take place once a week for 4-6 weeks for more seriouis concerns and this can be discussed at the consultation.

Are there any contraindications for Reiki treatments

The contraindications for Reiki treatments are client's fitted with a  pacemaker therefore a treatment is not posssible.  For pregnancy no treatment during the first trimester, after it is deeply relaxing for mother and baby until birth date. Please consult before booking.
